Hi Briana,

Thanks for your question! If you want to ask an older woman if she needs help, you would want to say: "Cô có cần cháu giúp gì không ạ?", meaning "Do you need me to help with anything?". In this sentence, we use "Cô" to address the woman as she's an older woman (If she's not much older, use "chị" instead- as in "older sister". If she's much older, use "bà" as in grandma). The particle "ạ" to show your respect to someone's older than you and also show your politeness and willingness to help her. I hope this helps :)
