Just go to Vocabulary -> Flashcards. It's on the top menu.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you have further questions. 😉

How does one view a flashcard deck? I have created one and put in 150 words. I would like to see those words. 😜

Hi. I'm used to saying "Toi song o Uc" for "I'm from Australia". Your choise makes perfect sense but it seems strange that nobody has suggested it to me. I travel mostly in the north - Ninh Binh, Cao Bang, Dien Bien, Son La and of course Hanoi. Toi thich Vietnam lam. Yeu Vietnam.

Hi Kuan,

Thanks for your comment. "Còn bạn" is simply shortened form of "Còn bạn thì sao?" (What about you?/How about you?/ And you?). "Còn bạn thì sao?" is more regularly used in common conversation though both versions are used when asking someone for the same information that you have provided them with.

For example:

- Tôi đã đến Hà Nội 2 lần, còn bạn?/ còn bạn thì sao? (I have been to Hanoi twice. What about you?/ How about you?/ And you?)

- Tôi vừa mới ăn tối xong, giờ đang xem phim, còn bạn?/ còn bạn thì sao? (I've had dinner, now am watching a movie. What about you?/ How about you?/ And you?)

Hope this helps! Let us know if you have any further questions.

Thank you!

Hi,

I was wondering what is the difference between "còn bạn" & "còn bạn thì sao" ?

And what are some of the circumstances that I could use "thì sao" at the end of my sentences?

Thank you so much in advance for answering :))

Would be great to have a list of other countries here, since I am from none of these mentioned in this lesson. Also, your question is not pinned, so it is lost in the comments.
