John: The expressions you will be learning in this lesson are:

John: Nguyet, what's our first expression?
Nguyet: dừng hình
John: literally meaning "stop the image." But when it's used as a slang expression, it means "freeze."

John: Use this slang expression when you want to say somebody stopped moving for a while because of being shocked or surprised.

John: "I am so sad right now. I got dumped by my girlfriend."

John: literally meaning "self-satisfy." As a slang expression, it has several meanings. One of them in particular means "to take a selfie."
