So the topic today is going to be words for hygiene

and let's write down what we got.

So what you do first in the morning,

when you wake up every day, of course,

we have to do hygiene, right?

Personal hygiene.

So in Vietnamese, we say

Vệ sinh is hygiene and cá nhân is personal.

So it's like, it's everything that we need

to make ourselves clean, right?

Now let's go more specific.

First, maybe you would warm up a little bit.
