pdf download

hello ,i've just subscribed with the 1 dollar option,i really enjoy the lessons,but i can't get to download the pdf,it doesn't load the pages,only the first one...
is it cos i need to upgrade,or should it work anyway?thankyou!

If you meant that your credit card was charged for the additional one USD, it’s for checking your credit card status. These charges will be not requested to the credit card company.
